To ensure your comfort and safety, this massage is performed entirely in a side-lying position, supported with pillows to provide optimal support for both you and your baby. This position allows me to target areas of tension while minimizing any pressure on the abdomen. Each session is personalized to your unique needs, helping you feel more relaxed and rejuvenated during this special time.
